Your selected package includes the services shown at checkout. Optional services and add-ons are priced separately and are only charged when you choose to purchase them.
Can I manage my own showings and buyer inquiries?

Sellers remain responsible for managing their sale according to the services included with their selected package. Buyer inquiries received by Listy as the listing broker are passed along to you, and Standard and Premium include ShowingTime scheduling, where available through the applicable MLS, to help organize showing requests.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?

Most listings are published to the MLS within 24 hours after we receive your completed property information, all required signed listing paperwork, and required photos or other media, and the listing has completed Listy's review process, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Some services may affect your timeline. Photography and video appointments are subject to vendor availability, and physical items such as signs and lockboxes require processing and shipping time. Physical items generally do not need to arrive before your listing can go live.
Can I purchase additional services after choosing a package?

Yes. Optional services such as professional photography, aerial drone photography, property video, a Comparative Market Analysis, signs, and a lockbox can be added from your Seller Portal after checkout. They are priced separately and are only charged when you choose to purchase them.
Can Listy provide full-service representation instead?

Full-Service Representation is available for sellers who prefer to have a Listy agent manage the transaction from listing through closing. It is requested separately from Listy's self-directed listing packages and is provided under a separately executed listing or representation agreement.
